the id card issual!

bringin ur notice to a very recent incident... n may be something u thought that will never happen in kerala... for me ...a miracle..actually... 'THE ID CARD ISSUAL" ... i hav always heard people complaining about the lag of  government offices ...'u have to go there...bring this document...then go the other there... bring another document....bribe him...bribe her....a 30-40-365-690...days of running here n dere for d same thing... n still avoidance...blah blah blah blah'...

 but a few days ago, i went for hearin inorder to obtain my id card.... i went dere wid d print out of my online application form.... as soon as i got dere an uncle snatched away d papers frm me n put some ticks here n dere... n directd me to another uncle... as i went dere..(a bit surprised..) he also snatched away d papers from me ...den he was found searchin for something in his table drawers while i was juzt gazing around .. suddenly he called out hiz name..and as soon as i lukd at him... without much hesitation...before i cud speak anything he pulled out a digi cam and took my poto..."can i see d poto",i askd as polite as i can be.."no u cant",he replied as polite as he can be! he said"wait for half an hour" i walked towards d bench...n bfore i cud sit....i heard some1 call out my name...and as i went there he gave me my id card....STUNNED!!!!! (but d photo seemed lyk a 30+ aged me).... all in a few minutes!!!!!
