hold my hand

i was moving in a crowd alone
everyone else moving in groups
u came beside me, held my hand
said,"hi! lets walk along"

u said that i was not cool
u said u had the proof
u slapped me when i cried n said
"its all ur fault u idiot"

u laughed at me when i was ill
u said it didnt matter a bit
but i could see yuor eyes get wet
when i couldnt get out of bed

u never said i was ur friend
but ur eyes told it often
u shared ur dreams, u shared ur pains
u showed me the gal u love

like every other day u came
held my hand in ur hand tight
"thanks 4 being my friend", u said
i wondered why such sweet words u spoke?!

we walked along, really long
but i felt something wrong
you loosened your hand from my hand
i could see you hold another hand

i ran along, i thought i could
catch up with you very good
i held out my hand to reach ur hand
but u were loo long far away

now i am streching out my hand
waiting 4 u to hold my hand , n say
" U ll die falling from the cliff
hold on stupid, i am here 2 help"
